Our Team
CHRIS KIRK
Chris brings over fifteen years of combined experience in corporate finance and real estate investing. He has held leadership roles at companies such as Twitter, Disney, and Fandango, as well as several high-growth start-ups, where he developed deep expertise in financial analysis, strategic planning, and investment evaluation. With an MBA from USC, Chris has the financial acumen to underwrite and structure complex transactions while also understanding the operational realities of development and property management.
Over the past eight years, Chris has transitioned full-time into real estate, building a portfolio that spans long- and short-term rentals, single-family redevelopments, and small multifamily projects. This blend of institutional finance and hands-on real estate execution enables him to identify high-potential opportunities, accurately assess construction and operating risks, and deliver strong, measurable returns. For investors and clients alike, Chris provides the strategic guidance and financial clarity needed to make informed decisions and maximize the performance of their real estate investments.
MICHELLE DOKEY KIRK
Michelle is an accomplished interior designer with extensive experience shaping distinctive, timeless spaces. A Northern California native, she earned dual undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Mass Communications from UC Berkeley before returning to Berkeley for a degree in Interior Architecture and Design. Her career began under acclaimed residential interior designer Palmer Weiss in San Francisco. After relocating to Los Angeles she spent several years working as a project manager and designer for high profile clients at Estee Stanley Design and Hallworth Design.
In 2014, Michelle launched her own design practice, refining an aesthetic that blends traditional, modern, and mid-century influences to create homes that feel both sophisticated and deeply personal. At Elysian Innovations, she leads all aspects of design across the company’s residential redevelopment and development projects. Her ability to pair creative vision with practical execution ensures that every property is elevated with thoughtful details, lasting style, and functionality that resonates with future residents and investors alike.
